The reason for this is very important: Individualization is one of the most important criteria of a high quality training program. Any website that presents general recipes in the form of cookie cutter training solutions has little chance of being good. The planning and organization of effective and safe training is a complex process that can only be optimized with sufficient background information on many theoretical and practical aspects of athletic training.

What you will find here instead are articles with guidelines and information that you can incorporate in your training program to develop and improve your performance. The information you will find is based on the latest that is known in theory and from practical experience. In other words, the information presented here has been applied in practice and proven to be effective.

This is a non commercial website which is against any form of marketing hype. It's purpose is to inform people not to sell any products. Still I think it's important to recommend the works of other authors if we find them to be very useful. As Francis Bacon said, knowledge is power.
