My name is Nizar. I'm a software developer and former training and performance consultant mainly for team sport athletes and fighters. Let me start saying that this website will not give you recipes to follow to automatically improve your athletic abilities or body composition.
Why? Because individualization is one of the most important criteria of a high quality training program. The planning and organization of effective and safe training is a complex process that can only be optimized with sufficient background information on many theoretical and practical aspects of training science.
What you will find here instead are articles with guidelines and information that you can incorporate in your training program to develop and improve your performance. The information you will find is based on the latest that is known in theory and from practical experience. In other words, the information presented here has been applied in practice and proven to be effective.
You will also find articles about stuff that is only theoretical, and articles written in german about injuries and diseases of the passive movement apparatus.
